Delaware limited partnership formed by Delek US Holdings providing gathering, processing, pipeline and transportation services for crude oil and natural gas; storage, wholesale marketing and terminalling for intermediate and refined products; and water disposal and recycling, through owned assets and joint ventures located primarily in the Permian Basin (including the Delaware sub-basin) and the Gulf Coast. Organized into four reportable segments - gathering and processing, wholesale marketing and terminalling, storage and transportation, and investments in pipeline joint ventures. A significant portion of assets is contracted to support Delek Holdings' Tyler, El Dorado and Big Spring refineries. The 2025 Gravity acquisition ($300.8 million) expanded water disposal and recycling.
