~38% consolidated ownership interest in Hess Midstream LP (HESM) following the Hess acquisition. Fee-based gathering, processing and export services for Chevron and third parties in the Bakken — natural gas gathering and compression, crude oil gathering, and produced-water gathering and disposal, primarily in McKenzie, Williams and Mountrail Counties, North Dakota, and Mentor, Minnesota. Key facilities: Tioga Gas Plant, 50% of Little Missouri 4 gas plant, Mentor Propane Storage Terminal, Ramberg crude terminal, Tioga Rail Terminal and 550 crude rail cars; Johnson's Corner Header System and Dakota Access Pipeline connections provide crude export optionality.
