Approximately 469,000 net acres in the Bakken shale play of the Williston Basin, acquired with Hess Corporation in July 2025. During 2025, 121 wells were drilled and 127 new wells brought online, bringing total operated production wells to 1,967. Supported by Hess Midstream's fee-based gathering, processing and export infrastructure.
