Description
Hard-rock lithium deposit located in the Koralpe mountain range, approximately 20 km east of Wolfsberg. Property comprises 54 exploration licenses covering 1,133 ha and a mining license over 20 mining areas occupying 86.7 ha. Spodumene-bearing pegmatite veins intruding mica schists and amphibolites. Originally discovered by Minerex in 1981; acquired by European Lithium in 2016. March 2023 DFS completed; aiming to commence spodumene production in 2028 or 2029. Strategic collaboration with Obeikan Investment Group to build and operate a lithium hydroxide plant in Saudi Arabia.
