Pre-FID, two-phased liquefaction expansion adjacent to the existing Liquefaction Project, inclusive of three liquefaction trains and supporting infrastructure, with expected total peak production capacity of up to approximately 20 mtpa of LNG (including estimated debottlenecking). A FERC application was originally filed in February 2024 and updated in June 2025 to reflect the two-phased scope; DOE FTA export authorization was received in November 2025, with non-FTA approval pending. Requires regulatory approvals, commercial arrangements and financing before a positive final investment decision.
