Delaware limited partnership formed by Cheniere Energy, Inc. that owns and operates the Sabine Pass LNG Terminal in Cameron Parish, Louisiana - one of the largest LNG production facilities in the world with total liquefaction production capacity over 30 mtpa - plus the 94-mile Creole Trail natural gas supply pipeline and a pre-FID SPL Expansion Project. The business is anchored by long-term sales-and-purchase agreements (SPAs) and integrated production marketing (IPM) agreements with approximately 13 years of weighted-average remaining life, covering roughly 85% of total anticipated production through the mid-2030s. Fixed liquefaction fees provide stable, take-or-pay cash flows; variable fees are primarily Henry Hub-indexed to cover feed-gas and fuel costs.
