100%-owned open-pit heap-leach silver-gold mine in northwestern Nevada (Pershing County), operating since 1986. Significantly expanded in 2024 with the POA 11 project: a three-stage crushing facility, new leach pad, and new Merrill-Crowe processing facility. Includes Nevada Packard and Lincoln Hill satellite deposits. 2025 reserves at $26.00/oz Ag, $2,200/oz Au; variable oxide/sulfide recoveries and NSR cut-offs. Q4 2025 tonnes crushed +12% to 6.4Mt, tonnes placed +23% to 9.3Mt. Q4 silver production +6% and gold +20% QoQ.
