Masbate Gold Project (Philippines) - BTO 100% PGPRC processing + 40% Filminera mining (60% Zoom Mineral Holdings Philippine entity). Ore purchase agreement: PGPRC purchases all Filminera ore at cost + predetermined %, sharing financial/legal liability. 360 km SE of Manila on Masbate Island. 9,940.63 ha covering 29 patented claims + 3 MPSAs + 5 EPs. Effective Mineral Reserves Sep 30 2025 per NI 43-101 technical report. New Philippine taxes to be implemented 2026.
