100%-owned producing in-situ recovery (ISR) uranium operation located in South Australia. Restarted production in April 2024 and during FY25 (year ended 30 June 2025) the Company ramped up production to 872 klb U3O8 — exceeding H2 FY25 guidance of 850 klb. C1 cash cost of A$35/lb (US$23/lb) outperformed guidance of A$37-41/lb. Comprises three deposits: Honeymoon (main, MRE January 2019), Gould's Dam (MRE April 2016) and Jason's (MRE March 2017). Wellfields B1 to B3 completed and commissioned during FY25; B4 construction also complete. FY26 guidance: 1.6 Mlb U3O8 production, A$41-45/lb C1 cash cost (US$27-29/lb), A$64-70/lb AISC (US$41-45/lb). Mineral Resource estimate uses 250 ppm U3O8 cut-off. Boss Energy expects to become cash flow positive in FY26.
