Alta Mesa Uranium Project

30%-owned ISR uranium project in a 30/70 joint venture with operator enCore Energy Corp. (TSX.V:EU; NYSE:EU). Located in South Texas; comprises Alta Mesa and Mesteña Grande deposits. FY25 production at the Alta Mesa Central Processing Facility was impacted by wellfield performance versus nameplate; steps taken to accelerate wellfield development and improve planning. Boss attributable share of FY25 production was 108 klb U3O8. Mineral Resource estimate for the project is a foreign estimate prepared per NI 43-101 (and was updated in February 2025 under SEC S-K 1300 by enCore); has not been restated under JORC by Boss; evaluation underway. Boss Energy also holds 19.9% of Laramide Resources Ltd (TSX/ASX: LAM).
