Mining complex comprising three mechanized underground mines and one open pit. Located 5 km south of Crixás. Property covers 10,540 ha in the Crixás Greenstone Belt. Orogenic mesothermal gold deposit controlled by regional shear-thrust structures. Acquired from AngloGold Ashanti in December 2025 for US$72.8 million plus a 3% NSR. Processing utilizes a 1.5 Mtpa plant combining CIL and gravimetric circuits.
