Open-pit gold project comprising the X1, Serrinhas, and Guarantã Ridge deposits. Located in the Alta Floresta Gold Province, approximately 11 km north of Matupá. Property totals 62,506 ha across multiple mining concessions and exploration permits. Disseminated gold mineralization associated with Paleoproterozoic magmatic-hydrothermal systems. Planned 1.3 Mtpa processing circuit includes crushing, SAG milling, gravity concentration, and CIL. Installation License issued in January 2025.
