Underground gold-silver project located approximately 160 km from Guatemala City. Exploitation license covers 15.25 km2. Classic hot springs-related, low-sulphidation epithermal deposit comprising high-grade vein and low-grade disseminated mineralization. Acquired via the purchase of Bluestone Resources in January 2025. Planned 1,600 tpd underground operation utilizing longhole stoping and mechanized cut-and-fill. Processing to include gravity concentration, cyanide leach, and CIP.
