Almas

Gold complex comprising the Paiol, Cata Funda, and Vira Saia open pits, plus a planned underground mine at Paiol. Located in the Almas-Dianópolis Greenstone Belt, approximately 300 km southeast of Palmas. Property covers 58 mineral rights holdings totaling 242,752 ha. Orogenic gold deposits associated with hydrothermal shear zones. Acquired via the merger with Rio Novo in 2018. Processing utilizes a 2.0 Mtpa CIL plant, with a planned Phase 3 expansion to 3.0 Mtpa. Underground development at Paiol began in 2025.
