Kubi Gold Project

Advanced exploration and development-stage underground gold project located 8 km north of Dunkwa in the Adansi South District. Property lies on the western margin of the Ashanti Gold Belt, bordered to the north by the Obuasi Mining Lease. Gold mineralization occurs in a distinct 1m-15m thick garnetiferous horizon within the Kubi Shear Zone. Two small open pits were previously developed in 2006 by AngloGold Ashanti. Asante plans to initiate an underground mine development program including exploration drilling, decline ramp development, and trial mining. A PEA outlines a potential underground operation processing 1.55 Mt at 4.19 g/t Au for 193.6 koz recovered gold, assuming toll treatment at a nearby plant. Key risks include reliance on Inferred Resources and the need to finalize toll milling agreements.
