Property comprises a 46.0 km² mining lease situated along the Bibiani Shear Zone. Mineralization is hosted in fractured and altered mafic volcanics and granite. Acquired by Asante from Kinross in August 2022; the mine has produced over 3 Moz Au since 2005. Infrastructure includes a 3.6 Mtpa CIL processing plant, tailings storage facility, and a gas turbine power plant operated by Genser Energy. Planned expansions include upgrading the crushing and milling plant to increase throughput to 4.0 Mtpa. Key risks include power outages from the national grid, mitigated by the onsite gas turbine and diesel backup.
