Combined open-pit and underground gold complex comprising the Main, Walsh, Strauss, Grasshopper, and Russel pits along a 10 km strike. Located approximately 250 km from Accra and 80 km from Kumasi in the Western North Region of Ghana, accessed via the Bibiani-Goaso Highway with grid power available. Property covers approximately 49.82 km² of mining leases hosted in the Kumasi-Afema Basin sediments adjacent to the Sefwi Belt. Structurally controlled mesothermal lode-type deposits associated with quartz veins and stockworks. Acquired by Asante in August 2021; open pit mining and processing commenced in February 2022. Infrastructure includes a 3.0 Mtpa CIL mill achieving circa 85% gold recovery, with a sulphide treatment circuit commissioned in October 2025. January 2025 DFS for underground extension outlines 11.93 Mt at 2.36 g/t Au for 798 koz production at AISC of US$1,035/oz. Underground mining contractor mobilized with mining to commence in April 2026. Flagship Ghanaian gold asset.
