Toroparu Project

Gold-copper project comprising the Toroparu and Sona Hill deposits located in the Cuyuni-Mazaruni Region of Guyana, approximately 215 km southwest of Georgetown. Property covers 105,684.5 acres across 109 concessions. Disseminated or sheeted vein type deposit hosted in a sequence of meta-sedimentary and meta-volcanic rocks in a greenstone belt. Aris Mining acquired the project through the acquisition of Gold X Mining in 2021. A 2025 PEA outlines a 7.0 Mtpa conventional open pit operation over a 21.3-year mine life. A Prefeasibility Study is in progress and a construction decision is expected in early 2027.
