Soto Norte Project

Advanced underground gold-copper-silver project located in the historic California-Vetas mining district, approximately 55 km northeast of Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia. Property comprises 20 titles covering 3,225.22 ha. High-sulphidation epithermal deposit hosted in gneisses of the Bucaramanga Complex and leucogranites of the Santander Plutonic Group, comprising the parallel Gigante and Mascota vein trends. Aris Mining acquired a 20% joint venture interest in 2022, increased to 51% in June 2024, and acquired the remaining 49% from Mubadala in December 2025. A 2025 PFS outlines a 2,750 tpd longitudinal open stoping underground mine over a 22-year mine life, producing gold, copper, and pyrite concentrates. Environmental studies are being finalized for submission in Q2 2026 to initiate the licensing process.
