Portfolio of mineral claims in the James Bay region of Quebec — the Mantle, Cirrus East, Cirrus West, Neptune, Alto, Opus and Bruce Lake projects — in which Apex acquired a 50% interest. Under a June 2024 earn-in option agreement, Apex and DG Resource Management granted Discovery the option to earn an undivided 80% interest (40% from each of Apex and DG Resource), subject to a 2% gross overriding royalty (1% to each of DG Resource and Apex). No mineral resource estimate has been established.
