Lac Le Moyne Carbonatite Project

Carbonatite-hosted rare earth element and rare-metals exploration project in northeastern Quebec near the community of Kuujjuaq, acquired in February 2025, consisting of 86 mineral claims totalling 4,025 hectares. Limited historical exploration has been completed and none specifically for carbonatite-related mineralization; multiple carbonatite outcrops were previously identified by regional government mapping with coincident radiometric anomalies. The project lies directly north of Commerce Resources' Ashram rare earth and fluorspar deposit (resource of 73.2 Mt at 1.89% REO indicated and 131.1 Mt at 1.91% REO inferred, per Commerce 2024). No mineral resource estimate has been established on the Apex property.
