Cap Project

Apex's flagship rare earth / critical-metals exploration project in British Columbia, the focus of the Company's 2025 diamond drill program (with significant results reported from drillhole CAP25-006). The project lies in a region prospective for carbonatite-hosted rare earth mineralization; for context, the nearby Wicheeda deposit held by Defense Metals Corp. (which has commenced a pre-feasibility study) carries a mineral resource of 34.2 Mt at 2.02% TREO (Measured + Indicated) and 11.1 Mt at 1.02% TREO (Inferred), though management cautions that results on adjacent properties are not necessarily indicative of mineralization on Apex's ground. The Cap Project has no current mineral resource estimate of its own.
