The deposit is a volcanic-hosted, low-sulfidation, epithermal vein system within the Miocene rhyolitic volcanic units of the Mojave structural block. Acquired by the company in November 2023. The operation utilizes conventional open-pit mining methods, a three-stage crushing circuit, agglomeration, and a cyanide heap leach pad feeding a Merrill-Crowe recovery plant.
