District-scale silver-barite-gold complex comprising the Waterloo, Langtry, and Mule properties. Located in the Mojave Desert of San Bernardino County, California, approximately 201 km northeast of Los Angeles, with paved road access and commercial electric power within 5 km. Property covers 8,419 acres of fee simple land parcels, patented claims, and unpatented lode mining claims. Hosts hot spring low-sulfidation epithermal-vein type and disseminated-style silver-barite and gold mineralization within the Barstow Formation. Waterloo acquired in July 2021 from Pan American Minerals; Mule acquired in May 2025 from LAC Exploration. 2026 program includes 4,500 m of HQ core drilling for geotechnical and metallurgical analysis to support a planned PEA. Flagship US silver asset.
