Natural gas gathering and compression system servicing Antero Resources, comprising 426 miles of low-pressure gathering pipeline, 305 miles of high-pressure gathering pipeline and compressor stations with 4.8 Bcf/d of compression capacity (added 0.2 Bcf/d in 2025). Fees are charged per Mcf for low-pressure gathering, high-pressure gathering and compression, subject to annual CPI adjustments, with minimum volume commitments on certain new high-pressure and compression construction.
