Group rollup for Albemarle Corporation, a global leader in lithium and bromine headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, reporting through Energy Storage, Specialties and Ketjen segments (~7,800 employees). Lithium is sourced from the Salar de Atacama and Silver Peak brines and the Greenbushes (49%) and Wodgina (50%) hard-rock JV mines, with conversion at La Negra, Kemerton, Kings Mountain, Silver Peak and the Meishan, Qinzhou and Xinyu plants in China; bromine from Magnolia, Arkansas and the 50%-owned JBC joint venture at the Dead Sea. 2025 net sales $5.1bn (+9% Energy Storage volumes); operating cash flow $1.3bn (+86%). Cost-structure response to depressed lithium prices: Kemerton Trains 1 and 2 and Chengdu in care and maintenance, Trains 3-4 construction stopped, 6-7% workforce reduction, reduced capex; Ketjen Refining Solutions divestment signed October 2025 (closing expected Q1 2026). The 10-K publishes S-K 1300 reserves/resources but no production volumes in tonnes.
