Amarc's porphyry copper±gold exploration district in central British Columbia, advanced under an earn-in agreement (the DUKE Agreement) with Boliden Mineral Canada Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boliden group, under which Boliden can earn a 60% interest and elect to earn an additional interest thereafter, with Amarc as operator during the initial earn-in stage. The district is located in proximity to industrial infrastructure including power, highways and rail. No current mineral resource estimate is disclosed.
