Open-pit gold-silver complex located approximately 200 km from San Juan, Argentina, within the Triassic Choiyoi Belt. Property covers over 50,000 hectares of mining tenements. Reopened in October 2025 after being on care and maintenance since 2019. Processing infrastructure includes a 1,200 tpd crushing circuit, agitation leach, and Merrill-Crowe plant. October 2025 Technical Report supports a 6-year LOM based on owned resources. Executed a Toll Treatment Agreement with Challenger Gold to process up to 150,000 tonnes per year from the Hualilan property starting in 2026.
