100%-owned gold mining and processing complex in Elko County, Nevada (Carlin Trend). Underground + open-pit mineralisation. All operating activities temporarily suspended in 2023 to focus on exploration, definition and expansion of mineral resources. 2025 produced 342 oz Au and 22,781 AgEq oz. All YoY changes in Mineral Resources resulted from higher gold price assumptions and reduced underground / open-pit gold cut-off grades. 2025 exploration drill results received early 2026 — to be included in the 2026 update.
