Single open-pit frac sand mine. Located approximately three miles northeast of Monahans, Texas, accessed via Texas State Highway 115 and Interstate 20. Property covers 32,224 gross acres in Ward County, leased from The Sealy & Smith Foundation. Hosts 40/70-mesh and 100-mesh sand deposits ranging from 60 to over 100 feet thick. Operations utilize a combination of standard surface excavation equipment and dredging equipment.
