K1/K2 Facilities

Single open-pit frac sand mine complex consisting of the K1 and K2 facilities. Located approximately seven miles northeast of Kermit, Texas, accessed via Texas State Highway 18. Property covers 5,826 gross acres in Winkler County. Hosts 40/70-mesh and 100-mesh sand deposits ranging from 60 to over 100 feet thick. Operations utilize a combination of standard surface excavation equipment for near-surface dry mining and dredging equipment once excavation reaches the water table.
