Kibali

Multiple gold deposits including KCD, Sessenge, Gorumbwa, and ARK along the KZ Trend. Located in northeast DRC, ~1,800 km northeast of Kinshasa, accessed via charter flight from Entebbe or road from Mombasa/Dar es Salaam. Property covers ~1,836 km2 across ten Exploitation Permits. Mineralization hosted primarily within siliciclastic rocks, BIFs, and chert. Underground accessed through twin declines and a vertical shaft system. Hybrid power supply system includes three off-site hydropower stations, diesel generators, a 16 MW solar plant, and BESS.
