Combined open-pit gold complex comprising the Sadiola Main pit and the Far North satellite deposits. Located 77 km south of Kayes, Mali, accessed via sealed road with power supplied by an expanded diesel power station and a planned hybrid solar-thermal plant. Property covers the Sadiola Exploitation Permit governed by the 2023 Mining Code. Mining is currently focused on oxide and transitional ores, with a phased expansion underway to increase fresh rock processing capacity. Hosted within a structurally complex shear corridor along the Sadiola Shear Zone. Originally commenced production in 1996 and acquired by the current operator in 2021. The existing CIP process plant was recently expanded to 5.7 Mtpa capacity. Stage 2 expansion engineering is advancing to increase throughput to 7 Mtpa by 2028. Flagship Malian gold asset.
