Development-stage open-pit gold project comprising the Dish Mountain and Ashashire deposits. Located approximately 750 km west-northwest of Addis Ababa and 65 km north-northwest of Asosa, accessed via sealed road with grid power to be supplied via a planned 132 kV transmission line. Property covers a 100.4 km2 Large-Scale Mining Licence valid for 20 years. Currently in full construction with first gold targeted for mid-2026. Hosted within the Neoproterozoic volcano-sedimentary Tulu Dimtu shear belt. The company consolidated 100% ownership in September 2023. The planned process plant is designed to treat 6.4 Mtpa using a conventional CIL flowsheet with gravity recovery. LOM capital costs are estimated at US$592 million for an 11-year mine life.
