Spargoville Gold Project

Gold project acquired in May 2025 through Astral's takeover of Maximus Resources Ltd, located in the Coolgardie Domain of the Kalgoorlie Terrane, ~25km southwest of Kambalda and ~20km west of Gold Fields' St Ives gold camp. The ~117km2 tenement package is adjacent to the Mandilla project and comprises several advanced prospects and deposits including Wattle Dam, Eagles Nest, Larkinville, Hilditch and 5B. As of May 2025 the combined JORC 2012 MRE for Spargoville is 3Mt at 1.4g/t Au for 139koz of contained gold. No Spargoville resources were included in the June 2025 Mandilla PFS; a 76-hole (11,744m) RC drill program commenced in June 2025 to grow and upgrade the resource ahead of potential inclusion in the development plan.
