Brazilian gold assets comprising the Aurizona Gold Mine (Maranhao), the RDM Gold Mine (Minas Gerais), and the Bahia Complex, acquired 100% from Equinox Gold Corp. for US$1.015 billion in a deal announced December 2025 and completed January 2026, launching CMOC's gold segment. 2026 gold guidance is 6-8 tonnes annualized.
