China Shenhua's coal-chemical business, converting coal into olefins and polymers through entities including Baotou Coal Chemical, and advancing a modern coal-chemical demonstration project. 2025 polyethylene sales were 373.9 thousand tonnes (up 12.6%) and polypropylene sales were 349.8 thousand tonnes (up 11.5%).
