Open-cast oxide copper-cobalt mine with sulphide potential at Lubumbashi, Haut Katanga Province, DRC, owned 75% by the company and 25% by Gecamines SA. Processing uses leach SX-EW, flotation, and magnetic separation to produce copper cathode, cobalt hydroxide, and copper sulphide concentrate, with a life of mine of about 8 years. Cobalt production was temporarily ceased in late May 2024 to prioritise copper.
