Heavy- and light-rare-earth, lithium, gallium and beryllium deposit at Round Top Mountain in Hudspeth County, West Texas, held through the Round Top Mountain Development (RTMD) joint venture in which USA Rare Earth held 81.3% and Texas Mineral Resources Corp. (TMRC) 18.7% at December 31, 2025. Under Item 1300 of Regulation S-K the property is an exploration-stage property with no disclosed mineral reserves and no declared S-K 1300 mineral resources. The deposit is a rhyolite-hosted, above-ground body amenable to a low-complexity flowsheet of mining, crushing, heap leaching and solvent extraction, which is expected to reduce capital intensity, energy use and operational footprint relative to conventional mining; the arid, sparsely populated setting further limits environmental impact. Historical exploration by TMRC (2010-2019) included 173 located drill holes, 80 reverse-circulation and 2 core holes drilled and 3,081 samples analyzed. The Company expects to complete a definitive feasibility study by early 2027 and move into commercial production by late 2028. A Colorado (Wheat Ridge) facility supports separation and process development. On March 4, 2026 USA Rare Earth signed a definitive merger agreement to acquire the TMRC minority and become the sole operator and 100% economic beneficiary of the project.

Rare earth metal and alloy maker in the United Kingdom acquired on November 18, 2025 through the purchase of Indian Ocean Rare Metals Pte. Ltd. (IORM), LCM's parent, via the Company's Laconia subsidiary. LCM links processing/separation feedstock to magnet production, supplying critical rare earth metals and alloys used in magnet making and supporting circular-economy recycling of rare earth materials. It is the Company's only revenue-generating operation in 2025 (partial period from the acquisition date), with the majority of sales into Europe. Current annual capacity is approximately 2,500 MTPA of rare earth and critical-mineral metal and alloy, with planned expansion across the U.S., U.K. and France, including an announced 3,750 MTPA metal-making plant in Lacq, France supported by the French government.

- TREO vs individual oxides. Deposits disclose TREO % with a basket (Nd, Pr, Dy, Tb, …). Value is dominated by magnet metals; TREO without the basket misses most of the economics.
- Vanadium in V₂O₅. Reserves use % V₂O₅ or ppm; multiply V₂O₅ by 0.560 for V metal.

Ownership / Working interest
- Ownership percentage means the company's working-interest share of the asset: its slice of the project before royalties and before government take. It is shown on a 0–100 scale.
- Mines, oil and gas fields, and processing facilities — this is how much of the asset belongs to the company under that working-interest idea. One hundred percent is fully owned; a lower number usually means partners share the rest.
- Royalties and streaming agreements — the percentage is often not the story; what matters economically is usually the royalty or stream rate, shown elsewhere alongside these figures.
- Oil and gas — read this as gross working interest only. Do not treat it as net production or net wells after royalties; when filings distinguish gross from net, that shows up in how the resource numbers themselves are labelled.
- Below 100% — the short summary for each project names other owners and their stakes when the source says who they are.
- NRI vs WI (O&G). Working interest (WI) is the obligation to pay a share of costs; net revenue interest (NRI) is the share of revenue after royalties and overriding-royalty interests. A 100% WI well rarely produces 100% NRI; typical onshore U.S. NRI is 75–87.5% of WI depending on the lease royalty.
- Operator vs non-operator. The operator runs day-to-day operations; non-operating partners pay their WI share of costs but do not run the asset. Some Portfolio rows show operator share where disclosed.
