Consolidated offshore oil and natural gas portfolio of W&T Offshore, Inc., a Houston-based Texas corporation founded in 1983 with substantially all operations in the Gulf of America (Gulf of Mexico), reported as a single segment. At year-end 2025 the company held working interests in 49 offshore producing fields in federal and state waters at depths from <10ft to 7,300ft, spanning the conventional shelf, deep shelf and deepwater. Total net proved reserves were 121.0 MMBOE (38.7 MMBbl oil, 11.7 MMBbl NGL, 423.3 Bcf gas), 94% proved developed; PV-10 (pre-tax) was US$1,115.3 million and the standardized measure US$651.3 million. 2025 net production was 12,402 MBOE. The company grows through acquisitions, exploration and development and exploits high-porosity/permeability reservoirs with strong natural drive. Reserves were estimated by an independent petroleum consultant; ~34% of total proved reserves are expected to deplete within three years given the short reserve lives typical of the Gulf.
