Underground gold complex comprising multiple zones including Kiena Deep A, S50, and Martin, located in Val-d'Or, Quebec. Property covers 7,047 hectares of contiguous mining claims and leases. Hosted within the Abitibi Subprovince, mineralization consists of Archean greenstone-hosted orogenic lode gold deposits. Originally produced from 1981 to 2013 before being placed on care and maintenance; commercial production restarted in December 2022. Infrastructure includes a 930 m production shaft and a 2,000 tpd mill utilizing a conventional cyanide leaching and CIP circuit. Excavation of an exploration ramp to access the near-surface Presqu'ile Zone commenced in 2024.
