Description
Deep unconventional gas play in over-pressured formations below approximately 2,500 metres in the Thrace Basin of northwest Türkiye. Property comprises the deep rights to three production leases and one exploration licence in the West Thrace Lands, and two exploration licences in the Banarli Lands. The company entered into a joint venture agreement with Transatlantic Petroleum LLC in October 2025 to appraise the play, under which Transatlantic has satisfied earning requirements for a 50% undivided working interest in the West Thrace Production Leases and West Thrace Exploration Licence (pending government approval).
