Single open-pit gold mine comprising the Batman and Quigleys deposits. Located 56 km northwest of Katherine, NT, accessed via paved roads from the Stuart Highway, with grid power and a natural gas pipeline spur. Property covers 55.4 km² of mineral leases on freehold land owned by the Jawoyn Association. First pour targeted following a 27-month construction period. Hosted in the Early Proterozoic Pine Creek Geosyncline. Acquired in 2006 from the Deed Administrators. 15 ktpd processing facility utilizing HPGR tertiary crushing, XRT ore sorting, and a CIL circuit. July 2025 FS outlines a 15 ktpd operation over a 30-year LOM producing ~146 koz Au/yr at AISC of US$1,499/oz, with initial capex of US$425M and after-tax NPV5% of US$1.1B at US$2,500/oz Au. Flagship Australian gold asset.
