Gold-copper porphyry complex comprising the Whistler, Raintree West, and Island Mountain deposits, plus the Muddy Creek prospect. Located in the Yentna Mining District, ~170 km northwest of Anchorage; accessed via fixed-wing aircraft to a 1,000 m gravel airstrip at the all-season camp, with the proposed West Susitna Access Road expected to provide vehicle access by 2030. Property covers ~217.5 km² of State of Alaska mining claims, encumbered by a 2.75% NSR (buyable down to 2.0%), a 2.0% net proceeds royalty, and a 1.0% NSR. Hosted in Cretaceous to early Tertiary volcano-sedimentary rocks intruded by the Whistler Igneous Suite. Acquired in August 2015 from Kiska Metals and Geoinformatics. Mar-2026 Initial Assessment (PEA) outlines a 40,000 tpd open-pit mine over a 14.6-year LOM producing ~345 koz AuEq/yr (years 1-3) at AISC US$1,046/oz Au, initial capex US$1.28B, after-tax NPV₅ US$2.04B / IRR 33.0% at US$3,200/oz Au and US$4.50/lb Cu. 2025 scout auger drilling identified new porphyry targets in the Whistler Orbit area; 10,000 m core drilling program to resume in 2026.
