Description
Major permitted underground silver-zinc-lead project in the Northwest Territories, acquired through the purchase of 100% of the shares of Canadian Zinc Corporation from Resource Capital Fund VI L.P. The definitive agreement was signed March 13, 2026 and closed April 27, 2026 for total consideration of $12 million, comprising a $10 million cash payment plus $2 million in Honey Badger shares and warrants, and is being accounted for as an asset acquisition under IFRS 3.
