Gold-copper porphyry and epithermal-related complex comprising the Goldstorm deposit (Upper, Central, and Lower zones) and the Perfectstorm zone. Located ~75 km northwest of Stewart, BC, accessed by helicopter from Bell II Lodge or Stewart Airport, with year-round road access under development. Property covers 17,966 ha of contiguous mineral tenures, encumbered by NSR royalties payable to Teuton Resources and St. Andrew Goldfields. Hosted within Early Jurassic intrusions emplaced in Triassic Stuhini and Jurassic Hazelton Group rocks. Acquired initial 60% interest in 2016 via JV with American Creek and Teuton; increased to 80% in 2025 by acquiring American Creek. 2026 PEA targeted to evaluate an underground bulk-tonnage mining scenario. 2025 program included 5,603 m of drilling; underground exploration ramp permitting underway to access the high-grade SC-1 zone. Key risks include land-use conflict with Seabridge's proposed KSM tunnels.
