Single open-pit gold heap-leach project comprising multiple structurally controlled deposits including Supremo, Latte, Double-Double, and Kona. Located approximately 130 km south of Dawson, Yukon, currently accessed by air or barge with a proposed 214 km all-season Northern Access Route in permitting. Property covers 70,256 ha of contiguous claims within the Yukon-Tanana Terrane. Acquired from Newmont in October 2025 for $10M cash and $40M in shares, encumbered by a 3% NSR to Newmont. Feb-2026 PEA outlines a 177,687 tpd open-pit mine over a 13-year LOM producing ~217 koz Au/yr at AISC of US$1,386/oz, with initial capex of C$998.2M and after-tax NPV5 of C$3.0B / IRR of 43.5% at US$3,656/oz Au. 2026 programme: 40,000 m infill drilling targeting Indicated conversion for a late-2026 feasibility study.
