Copper King
Project information
Description
An early-stage copper-silver (lead-zinc) exploration property held through Silver Storm's 51.82%-owned subsidiary Silver Predator Corp. (SPD), a Canadian junior explorer focused on Nevada and Idaho, USA. The property targets bedded (disseminated) and vein-style copper-silver-lead-zinc mineralization in the Revett Formation and overlying St Regis Formation, analogous to Montana's Troy, Montanore and Rock Creek bedded deposits and to vein mines of the nearby Coeur d'Alene District such as the Lucky Friday Mine. A June-October 2024 diamond drilling program from two pads completed core holes CK-1 (to 853.4 m) and CK-2 (to 450.2 m); results did not encounter grades adequate to support bulk underground mining of the bedded horizons or vein intercepts of sufficient size and grade, with the best bedded interval (CK-1, base of the St Regis Formation) estimated at 7.4 ft true thickness grading 20.75 ppm silver and 0.275% copper. SPD has no formal plans for additional drilling; mapping and drilling results are being used to project further targets. No NI 43-101 mineral resource has been defined.
