Confined brine aquifer deposit located approximately 5.2 km south of Mt. Vernon in Franklin County, northeastern Texas. Property comprises 617 separate brine leases covering 14,346 net brine mineral hectares across Hopkins, Franklin, and Titus counties. The lithium-bromide-potassium brine resource is contained within the Upper and Middle Smackover formations at depths of 2,865 to 3,810 m subsea. The project represents the first phase of the joint venture's broader East Texas development strategy. Maiden inferred resource declared in September 2025 based on a three-well exploration program.
