Combined open-pit and underground lithium complex comprising multiple pegmatite deposits including Xuxa (Phase 1, in production), Barreiro (Phase 2, development), Murial, Lavra do Meio, Nezinho do Chicão (Phase 3), Maxixe, Tamboril, and Elvira. Located in the municipalities of Araçuaà and Itinga, ~25 km east of Araçuaà and ~600 km northeast of Belo Horizonte; accessed via municipal roads off federal Highway BR-367, with power supplied by a 138 kV transmission line from the Irape hydro power station and water drawn from the Jequitinhonha River. Property comprises 29 mineral rights spread over 185 km² within a broader 19,000-hectare land package, encumbered by a 1% NSR royalty to a third party and a 2% CFEM royalty. Hosts LCT-type residual pegmatites within the Eastern Brazilian Pegmatite Province, typically hosted in grey biotite-quartz schist. Acquired through a reverse take-over transaction in 2018; first production at Xuxa commenced in April 2023. Phase 1 Greentech Industrial Plant utilizes dense medium separation (DMS) to produce 5.3% Li2O concentrate. Phase 2 expansion planned to add a second DMS concentrator, increasing total capacity to 520,000 tpa of concentrate. Flagship Brazilian lithium asset.
